ITR was founded by Jeff Weiss, a Portland area CIO with over 25 years experience and references provided by various industries and companies. His IT leadership experience is coupled with an MBA education as well as the experience of teaching Strategic Technology Implementation for local universities.

Jeff's expertise in technology and organizational leadership encompasses broad market segments including retail services, commercial sales, distribution, manufacturing, health care and customer service. He has lead both large and small organizations through IT related challenges including ERP implementation, financial systems RFPs, outsource modeling, strategic planning, management reporting and infrastructure design.
